''Creativity, great design and process are critical to building the power of brand,'' highlighted Dylan, ''It is the spirit of revolutionary success that translates our clients vision into the stories we create.''

Dylan's visionary leadership is based on the passion of great storytelling. When the brass at Disney wanted to know what it would look like, they turned to Dylan to chart a clear path and focus team direction. Dylan manifested the ability to visualize the future and excite executives with concept through implementation, while serving as an Imagineer for Disney. It was his eye for detail, precision, that helped him design and manage projects that shaped Disney guest experiences. As a Designer at Walt Disney Imagineering, Dylan created visions for the future for Downtown Disney, Celebration, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, future resorts, and KABC TV station in Los Angeles.

Building structures and the art of architecture appealed to Dylan as early as being a child. All those afternoons playing with Lincoln Logs finally paid off at Cline Davis Architects, where Dylan served as the Director of Visualization creating numerous animations, renderings and presentations for $100 million plus projects. His marketing and management skills were strengthen while Dylan served as the Vice President of Product Development for Interlan Technologies, there he lead a significant size team to create and market new tech services.

Dylan is active in many charitable endeavors throughout the Triangle. Most notably, he serves on the Technology committee for Community in Schools of Wake County, Interact's marketing committee and Downtown Raleigh Alliance Marketing committee.
