Ulanguzi Creative Strategies Selected as Agency of Record for Soleil Center

Ulanguzi charged with creating a one-of-a-kind campaign for the awe-inspiring Soleil Center.

RALEIGH, N.C. (March 15, 2006) Ulanguzi Creative Strategies, an award-winning integrated marketing and design agency, has been selected as agency of record for Soleil Center, a 45-story luxury hotel and condominium tower located adjacent to Crabtree Valley Mall in North Raleigh. The Soleil Group, developers of Soleil Center, chose Ulanguzi to create a digital and traditional marketing campaign after their collaborative success on the SkySail Yacht Club and the SkySail Condos and Marina campaigns in 2004.

As the agency of record, Ulanguzi will leverage its expertise in strategic brand development and marketing to increase awareness of the new luxury property—developing a cohesive brand platform consisting of an interactive website, print advertising and sales collateral. Ulanguzi has successfully launched and managed campaigns for similar real estate and development clients including Bloomsbury Estates, The Dawson on Morgan, Palladium Plaza, and Lakestone Place.
