Drum has over 15 years of account management experience in marketing and advertising and has worked across industries on a number of national, regional and local accounts.

Through her career Drum has developed a specialized knowledge of brand strategy, campaign development, and public relations activities. Prior to joining Ulanguzi, Drum worked as a Senior Account Supervisor for RBW, where she managed all phases of client interaction. From national campaigns for clients such as, Valeant Pharmaceuticals and CenturyTel to local marketing strategies for clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Lowe's and Duke Healthcare Kristi is well versed in managing the demands of evolving client needs.
