Ulanguzi Helps Generate Buzz for A Pair to Remember

Ulanguzi Creative Strategies donates services, implements unique marketing program for non-profit

RALEIGH, N.C. (October 17, 2006) Ulanguzi Creative Strategies, an award-winning integrated marketing and design agency, launched a one of a kind campaign for Wake Teen Medical Services' signature event, "A Pair to Remember," held last Thursday at Delightful Inspirations in Raleigh, NC.

The pro-bono campaign, which kicked off August 4, 2006, included an interactive website, Internet marketing tools, print advertising, and event collateral. The campaign was successful in drawing both corporate and private sponsors such as Bobbie Brown Cosmetics, Blue Water Spa and WRAL. Over 200 people attended the affair, which raised more that $16,000 for Wake Teen.

"Ulanguzi's innovative thinking and marketing expertise was apparent in their ability to offer such a well coordinated package and well-targeted campaign," remarked Amy Carver Director of Development for Wake Teen Medical Services. "Women of all ages and backgrounds attended the event, and we were able to boost community awareness and generate funds for a good cause."

Dedicated to their community, Ulanguzi partners Kenneth Penkowski and Dylan Bost, have focused on creating a company culture that not only encourages innovation, but that also imparts a sense of civic achievement among their employees.
