Ulanguzi Helps Guide the Navisware Brand Through Major Acquisition

Navisware parent, I-Cubed, expands engagement to other areas

RALEIGH, N.C. (July 5, 2006) It was no surprise to industry insiders when Navisware, a leading technology company based in Raleigh, announced January 15, that its FileLine assets had been acquired by software giant Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ: ADBE). Integrated Industrial Information (I-Cubed), dba Navisware, had been working with Ulanguzi Creative Strategies, an award-winning integrated marketing and design agency, for just under two years, to position themselves for such a move.

I-Cubed engaged Ulanguzi in January of 2004 to launch Navisware's identity, positioning and messaging. Former President Grant Williard remarked about the partnership, "Ulanguzi was an integral part in developing the brand and messaging behind our products an d the impact that our technology could have on major global industries. Having that clear definition of who we are and what we do helped gain Adobe's attention."

Ulanguzi launched a new visual identity for Navisware that included the Navisware name and logo, an interactive website and sales collateral positioning Navisware as a leading provider of digital rights management and computer aided design (CAD) intelligence solutions. A focus on the broader applications of their technology-based products resulted in Navisware's ability to expand their relevance from a strong but narrowly focused company to a larger business enterprise environment.
